Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions before you send us your cargo details.
How long does customs clearance take?+
Timing depends on documentation completeness, cargo type and whether physical inspection is required. Clearance with complete, accurate documents typically moves fastest. Send your documents ahead of arrival so we can flag any gaps before your cargo reaches the border or port.
Do you handle personal effects, or only commercial cargo?+
We handle both. Commercial shipments and personal effects follow different declaration and duty procedures, and we advise on the correct classification for either before clearance begins.
What happens if my documents are incomplete?+
Incomplete documentation is the most common cause of clearance delays. We review what you have as early as possible and tell you exactly what is missing, so it can be resolved before your cargo arrives rather than after.
Which border points and routes do you clear through?+
We operate nationally, covering South Sudan's key entry points and trade corridors, including Nimule/Elegu, Nadapal and Kaya, as well as clearance and forwarding through Juba.
Do you handle NGO or humanitarian cargo?+
Yes. NGO and humanitarian consignments often qualify for different duty treatment and require specific supporting documentation. We handle the declaration and liaison this requires.
How do I get a quote?+
Use the Request a Quote form above with your shipment details, or send them through WhatsApp or phone. We aim to respond within one business day with a clear breakdown of duties, fees and next steps.
